1. Agreement to Terms and Age Restrictions

By downloading, accessing, or using “AnimalGYM” (the “App”), you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, or at least 16 years old in the European Union. If you are a minor under the age of majority in your country of residence, you must use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Virtual Currency, Gacha, and In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app currency such as “anicoin” through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases.

• Purpose of use: Anicoin and score are used only to unlock in-app digital content, such as avatar skins and gacha rewards.
• Refund restrictions: Except where required by law, purchased anicoin will not be refunded, exchanged for real-world currency, or transferred to external services for any reason.
• Drop rates: The appearance rates for each gacha item are clearly displayed on the gacha screen before purchase.
• The App does not sell real-world gym access, memberships, external services, or any other real-world goods or services.

3. Game System and Commitment Rules

The App uses a commitment-based game system. If you do not meet a weekly check-in goal verified by GPS, the effect is limited to in-app score adjustments, streak changes, avatar progression, and similar game elements. These are entertainment features and are not real-world service fees or penalties.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

If location spoofing, emulator use, unauthorized automation tools, or any other improper manipulation of the check-in system is detected, the operator reserves the right to restrict or suspend the relevant account without prior notice in order to protect fairness and the service.

5. Disclaimers (Important)

• Health and safety: The App is intended for entertainment and motivation support and does not provide medical advice. Work out according to your own fitness level and physical condition. The operator assumes no liability for injuries or health issues that may occur.
• Service availability: The operator is not responsible for server downtime, bugs, or data loss. The App is provided “as is.”

6. Changes to these Terms

The operator may revise these Terms from time to time in response to legal changes or service updates. Material changes will be announced in the App.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App will be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
